Nature's Nurse, Fiji The Red Mangrove of Fiji has been widely used for centuries by native Fijians for medicinal purposes. In spite of use by some Americans and promising clinical trials, the company was having a difficult time developing a sustainable business in the United States. We worked with the co-founders and key shareholders to create a socially responsible business model, based on innovative marketing principles, that benefits native Fijians while sustaining a profitable business. Sales increased over 700% within two months of implementing this model. |
