A massive network of vendors and employees are involved in managing and implementing the retail experience of BP and its masterbrands of Aral, ARCO, and TNK. Corralling work requests and user registration via word-of-mouth and email was inefficient in light of BP's growing rate of acquisitions and work in the retail space.
The user orientation and work request portal we designed gave the international audience of users a branded experience. Using simple Flash animations, users are guided through the three main functions of this portal. Elements from the current ad campaign created by Ogilvy were used as part of the design vocabulary.
